Today I am grateful for heat.
Am grateful for my own place.
Am grateful to live in the Rocky Mountains.
Am grateful for a job.
Am grateful for less pain this last week.
Am grateful for a new(er) car with a good heater.
Am grateful to feel the sun warm my apt in the daytime.

Am grateful to be able to come to SR
am grateful for a job which allows me to come here.

because it was a bitch of a morning.

I found out the people
who let me live with them
until I felt better
have gone through all my belongings
I had stored in their basement
and stolen a LOT of my belongings.

I am grateful I am not one of them.
I am grateful I am rid of them.

I am worried about confronting them
which I will tomorrow...
so I'm focusing on what I HAVE
and who I AM
before what might turn into
a nasty scene.
