Haven't had the greatest four days of my life, but I keep telling myself "at least I'm not drinking." I know things will get better. They have to. Thousands of sober people can't be wrong. Brad

It does get better and as long as you don't pick up, you will never have to feel this way again. I attend AA meetings so I don't have to do this alone and where I find people who understand what I am going through and help me to stay sober One day at a time.
