| Sunday nights
I am grateful that last night (Sunday) i could lay down my head, actually turn out the lights and turn off the TV and actually sleep soundly through out the night without the panicky transition to the world of work on Monday! Two weeks sober today! I once had nearly 8 years of sobriety and attended AA and have been drinking on off for 5 years. Recently the swine flu kicked my ass so bad that it actually got me to quit drinking and smoking two weeks ago ! i tried to carry on through the flu, initially, with my old habits but it was like i had taken a dose of Antabuse! |
