Day eleven has gone by and day twelve is here today. I am grateful that I made it through yesterday. It is so hard to break the mental habit of wanting that glass of wine when I come home from work. But I've been doing it! I am happy that there is vitamin B water out there. It's been my godsend! I am thankful that I was directed to this site. Reading posts from you all has helped so much. Thank you. |
