Day eleven has gone by and day twelve is here today. I am grateful that I made it through yesterday. It is so hard to break the mental habit of wanting that glass of wine when I come home from work. But I've been doing it! I am happy that there is vitamin B water out there. It's been my godsend!

I am thankful that I was directed to this site. Reading posts from you all has helped so much.

grateful that habit was easier to break,

then the compulsion to drink...

and grateful the compulsion to drink was lifted...

just keep moving foward LT,

you can do it...
