| grateful for least and four days ---hope today is #5 grateful for day 5 grateful for friday and fearful grateful for the aches and pains from walking oooh but they are aching and paining  grateful for my cluttered house--guess i should be grateful that i have schtuff! grateful for sleep last nite--wore out and went at 8pm grateful for the cuppa, cuppa |

| Today I am very grateful that I did not drink yesterday. DH has been in an awful mood these days (very stressful for him at work as of late) and the kids were all wound up. If I had been drinking can you imagine the fuel that would have added to our tense little house? I am grateful AGAIN that I did not drink yesterday because today I woke up feeling all out of sorts...can you imagine a hang over on top of that? *sighs thankfully!* I am grateful that hubby is starting 2 weeks of much needed holidays today. I am grateful that I have an office to 'hole' up in today between customers Have a great Friday everyone |

| Good Morning Not sure how all this works yet here but i am greatful to have found this forum for recovery and greatful to have another day to help others. Im so greatful I don't have a hangover. Greatful to have God in my life today. I just thank god for everything cause without him i would have nothing......God bless you all!!!!! |

| Sunday mornings in the past - hungover/still drunk, shaking, sick, and terrified (used to be the norm for years). vs This morning - well rested, laughs with my wife, a good cup of coffee, prayers and meditation. Gotta love it! Grateful. |
