| Grateful to be able to watch the cockatoo's this morning from my kitchen window. They're the funniest birds. They come in to the city this time each year to feed. |

| Grateful the 10km race was so easy this morning 10km in 53 mins without trying, oh yeah and getting throiugh the crowd, there where over 22,000 runners! |

| thats a fantastic time Kevin, congratulations! after listening to you and Lbad quietly expound the benefits of exercise, I've finally made a decision....I've got a bike, just have to pump up the tires and I'm off for my first ride today.  |

| I am grateful that I got to go to another detox meeting last night (my second) I am grateful that I am 10 days sober today, which is a miracle! I am grateful that every time I ask Him to, God shows me a way that I can help another person. I am grateful for the wonderful people in the AA program who prove every day that they are willing to do anything to help a fellow alcoholic! |
