Today I am grateful to be sober, grateful for friends and grateful for a sunny day.

grateful that i didn't have to work today cause a tornado did hit my workplace.....but grateful also that no one was hurt! actually i am really greatful for all the people who help each day to recover and for those that come to SR and meeting to ask for help. |

i'm grateful to have a little bit of awareness after so many years of not even knowing what I was doing in terms of "running away from my feelings" I'm grateful to have just spent some time with people at the break table, instead of being alone all day at work.

Grateful for my 11th day sober! Grateful to my neighbor for letting me use his mower to mow my yard. Grateful that I was sent money from a friend and had enough for gasoline and dog food! Grateful that I am staying sober and liking it! Very grateful for my friends here who encourage me in my struggle.! |
