Unusually so for me but I am struggling to find any gratitude ( having a hormonally challenging day - OMG!) so I have decided to really dig deep and
post everything I can be grateful for:
I am sober (and clean)
I have the internet to get Recovery between F2F meetings
I have friends and people who support me
I have money in my purse and food in the cupboards
I have choices today
I have a program to face life on life's terms
....I am feeling more so much more grateful already!! Yay!!

even so from the Creator an infinity of beings have life and to him return again.

I am grateful for tears because they are a sign of emotion, sometimes good and sometimes not so good. I am grateful that I have a program and a Higher Power that looks after me if I ask for guidance and direction of my reaction to these tears. If that makes any sense. LOL
