| (((Kevin))) Forgive them and yourself and remember they are struggling spiritual beings just like you.. The solution for your feelings is to get out of self and go help another alcoholic/addict.. It works....I guarantee it. Everything is already OK... We love you bunches Kevin and we didn't forget..  Grateful that I know at a molecular level that there is a spiritual solution for all of my problems... |

| Grateful that (with the help of an otc sleep aid) I was finally able to get some sleep last nite after four days of hardly any sleep at all. Grateful that my van will be fixed tomorrow and I'll finally be able to get out and look for work without having to walk everywhere. Grateful for my friends here and in AA who love me no matter what.  |
