((RZ)) That is just AA too! There is NA on top of that as well.... Al-Anon too.. lol No excuses in this town....

Grateful for making that decision I made... It was rough yesterday but I stuck with what I know is God's will for me..

lol RZ..... the date went as expected....
The bike and the running are helping with the figure. I have never been heavy but what I have is in better shape now.. I am still irritable that due to my heel injury I am sidelined for another day or two...
It is hot and humid and smoky though anyway so.... I am grateful it happened during really crappy weather for bike/run activities...

104F 85% humidity and a lovely thick layer of the CA fires smoke to add to the delight...
