| my morning workouts
I am greatful for being able to wake up each morning, not drunk, not hungover, not full of fear and resentment towards myself.. Instead, I get dressed, hit the gym for my morning workout at 6am !! Great way to start the day !!

Hey TorontoGuy, I'm greatful for your post. I've gotta start working out in the morning, too. Your post inspires me! Question: Do you lift in the morning and if so do you eat before you lift? How much? Mike |

Mike - sorry for the delay... I only do cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. This way my body utilizes fat for energy and I'm trying to get really cut/lean... My weights are done in the afternoons, usually one day on, one day off.. I just do not like doing weights after I do cardio since I don't get the same level of intensity.. Let me know if you have anymore questions... 2 years ago I went from about 270 lbs to 220 lbs with abs ! It took me about 3-4 months, but I did a lot of research to make sure my training and diet were optimal.
