Hi everyone. This morning I stopped by one of the stores I used to always buy my beer from. I hadn't been there since I quit drinking about 5 months ago. The guy who owns the store told me how good I look now. It really makes an old gal like me feel on top of the world to hear that :-) But I honestly do feel alot better too. And for that I thank my HP and my AA group! GH

Oh! grateful heart , I SO know what you mean!

I had wanted to be invisible for so long!

The first time someone gave me a compliment on my appearance , I was high for a week! LOL

My Sponser had to teach me to say "Than you " ONLY and not revert to the old behaviour of "oh! this old thing ect

I was paid what is the highest compiment ever the other day when I met an SR member f2f, she told me that I exuded serenity ! LOL Who? Me?
said she could see it in my eyes , I was blown away !

ENJOY! there will be morew to come
