| Hi all
I am grateful that today is day 4, and although I wanted a beer tonight, I did not have one. This feels like the hard part. But, it has been so nice waking up clear headed and not hungover. I am especially grateful for this site, so I have some encouragement/support when I do want a drink, I can always come here and read. I am grateful that I work at a Christian based hospital, because the ER is a hard place to be an RN. Lots of death, overdoses, very sick people. We pray before our shift together, and pray alot during the day. It is very comforting. Thank you. Shari |

Good for you on day 4 I have done a lot of reading here myself. It does help knowing other people can relate. Good Luck
