I am grateful for finally having enough strength to stand up for myself and begin on the road to a more sane life for my children and me.

I am grateful to have finally realized I could do no more to "help" my ex-a/h and to start helping myself.

I am grateful for the upbringing my parents gave me; instilling in me the knowledge and courage in knowing that I have the ability to walk away and begin anew.

I am grateful for this forum family, my co-anon family, my family and my friends for always being there for the good, the bad and the ugly.

I am grateful to be feeling happy again.

You have a lot to be grateful for. Thanks for reminding me to remember all the good stuff. I'm healthty, I'm going on a trip to several countries with my husband who I adore, I have great friends that I call my step-sisters., My housekeeper comes this week, etc.
