Grateful this morning for seeing someone drunk last night it is such a reminder to me of where I don't want to be.

I am grateful that I know that I need to let go of something in my life. I am really, really struggling with doing that, but at least I know what I need to do and I'm moving in that direction.

I am grateful to be able to remain in the moment, or at least try to. For so long, my thoughts were in the past or in the future. Now, every day, I try to stay where I am and accept the day that comes to me.

One thing that has helped me Anna is just to keep thinking when stuff happens like it will because this is life, to say, "Hey Vic, this is the reality in which you my friend have been dealt." When I remember that, it seems that it is OK and eventually things do change anyways.

I am gonna crash in, cuz i can relate to the thing of not letting go...i am an over thinker...but i have been learning with SR and also now when something is bothering me i pick up a book and i read 50 pages until my mind is clear..the book has to be good tough....i used to come home after "work" and analyse every possible mistake..i have a saying i repeat..the dogs bark but the car still passes by..it means we still will be alive even tough there are dumb mouths talking..we just keep on keepin' on

I am grateful to be able to see things from a different perspective. I had through a period where I felt boxed in and in a rut. But, with some soul-searching I asked myself what kind of a person I wanted to be and there was my answer. And, the light is once again shining on me.

i am grateful that God chose to shook me and show me that there's a life out there..depression is mean because it steals reality, we forget that people don't stop having great lives, while we are on the lowest times...i can see it now..i am the one not to let the bus pass by...i wish i had done a lot of things..but i can only live the now.....grateful for having a now...
