| I am grateful to have gotten through a difficult day and to be able to look at it and understand what it was about. I am grateful that I am no longer on the roller-coaster of emotions and I am grateful to know that tomorrow will be a good day. |

| I made a mistake today and I am grateful to be working through it and trying to learn something from this experience and using the 'feeling bad' as a tool to grow. |

| I am grateful to have heard Barry Gibb sing my very favourite Bee Gee's song on American Idol tonight "To Love Somebody". I can remember vividly going to a high-school dance and slow dancing to that song with a guy I had a huge crush on. |

| I am grateful today that I woke up early on my day off! Might be able to get some house cleaning done that needs done bad after a hard week of work. Grateful today for sore muscles Grateful that I can be open to all sorts of music today, there was a time in my sobriety that I thought some songs were not right. Grateful for open-minded and being helpful to others. |

| I am grateful that two of my SR friends are coming up on special anniversaries. One dear friend will have two years sobriety soon, and another great friend will be celebrating one year clean and sober soon. They both remind me how lucky I am to have found this place. |
