I am grateful to be a ''mom'' to two 4 month old Siamese kittens. I already had a 2 year old Siamese cat, so now there are a houseful. Everywhere I look, there are beautiful kittens running, sleeping or purring.

Aww kitties are so sweet..I miss mine...haven't been able to have any for years..apartment living you know... Grateful for a visit with my son.this week..he loved the kitties too.. Rocky and Alanis.

I am so grateful for my extended family. My son and daughter-in-law are making a big move, 3000 miles away from us, and they are being so warmly welcomed and loved by my husband's family.

I am grateful for having a place where i can come and find peace, other than an empty church, music, or special family..SR continues to be a foundation, no matter what...It's incredible that i am laughing and smiling just because i came here for a couple of hours... Grateful to the founders of SR...

I am grateful that I have been given another lesson, so that I may learn what I need to know. I guess I needed a refresher in the "letting go" department and I've been given the opportunity and I am getting through it.

I am grateful for my mom..She is the most beautiful thing in my life.I wouldn't want to be born to any other mom...She knows it...so i am grateful for having one thing, out of too many things, i wouldn't change.

I am grateful to see my son and daughter-in-law loving and enjoying their aunts, uncles and cousins. We have never lived near our extended family, just visited. So, while I am sad to lose the geographic closesness that we had with son and dil, it's so, so wonderful to see them experiencing these new relationships.

Today i am grateful for today....And for laughs..yes by God i love to smile and laugh..it's a great reminder of a great,positive thing about life...

I am grateful to have been reminded this morning, of what I have to learn today on the road to recovery. Sometimes I think I have learned something and then I am reminded that I haven't quite gotten it. But, I know it's all about the journey.

Today i am grateful for having nothing else to dwell about for today..Because today i spoke my mind and nothing was left to hurt me..I am proud of me, and i am happy my dad and I were able at last to peacefully talk..Today it made my day..Peace..Today he smiled at me..Thank you God, for i can choose not to dwell at last for today and the close future..Somebody helped me today..In the middle of all the nerves, we got it..

I am grateful for another great lesson today..Tough it was hurtful to know that my good intentions were perceived as something else, and tough it hurt me deeply, i know that God's showing me that being naive is not safe..I felt hurt because in doing all i could for a friend and in a moment of fun people saw different things..All my life i gave myself too much, and people always used me and threw me away..Today i learned the lesson, nobody will ever use me again..I'll be a friend of who deserves..but i'll be a friend of myself first..Amen Grateful for a tough lesson today and for the peaceful lesson of yesterday..Now that i made my peace with my dad, nothing can hurt like before..Yeah..You can't imagine what it is to make a peace pact with someone i was so resentful and now nothing is wrong..Not even mean spirited people can harm me..That was what lacking all my life..My father's confidence in me...It brings me to tears..I also considered myself a week man, but in my weakness there's the courage of believing that one day i'll be happy... I am also grateful because Sr is the only place where there are people who aren't from my family and who love me without any other intention..For that, oh God, is priceless..True friends..

I am grateful today to have the blessing of friends here..Honestly when i came for the first time i never thought i could count on people through a computer..Besides i wasn't used to support..Thank you to all who keep helping me, i hope i do the same for you..So grateful..
