sending thanx to all who replied to me yesterday, i've managed find the strength to pray and to not drink. my friend would be so annoyed if i eva took a sip and to be honest today i feel i don't need too. the answers will come with my prayers! thank you so much for your support. if he recovers i'm introducing him to this site. he'll love it. xxx

I am so thankful that you stayed with us and read all the replies from friends. What you have found is the beauty of addicts/ alcoholics or families and friends of these as well as folks like you and I who also suffer a mental disorder who share experience, strength, and hope with one another.
