| grateful today
i am grateful today because I am beginning a new chapter in my life.....feel like i am starting from scratch...clean slate.....i have always kept a journal...and when i go backwards in time,all i see is self-pity and self-hatred...now,i start each journal entry with....." what am i happy about today?".....it helps me see the good things,instead of dwelling on the bad....i am grateful to have a fresh start......before it got too late.....
