Prayers Needed

My son left for inpatient rehab yesterday out of state. His dad flew out with him and is checking out facility today. Third rehab. Please pray that it's the one that really clicks for him. He knows he needs help just a different approach than before. Scared but hopeful.

Hi..sending out lots of prayers for your son and you! I hope this is it for him. When my RAD went to another state it was her third attempt also. She spent 45 days in rehab and then 8 months in a half way house. She did fantastic! She came home after that and had a very short lived relapse but knew that she did better in the state where she found recovery. She is now supporting herself and working a program. I hate that she is so far away and can never live here again but she is clean!!!

Sending prayers for peace for you and your family. My son had to go to rehab 3 times in 2 years. He is clean and living on his own now for the last 2 months. Just give your son up to God and trust in Him. Hugs,
Teresa

Now - best of luck to you and your son. I hope that he finally chooses life over addiction. I hope you also choose to live life knowing that sometimes the only way to help is to let someone do it themselves.

My prayers go out for your son too, that this time he may grab recovery and hang onto it and learn from the mistakes of his past.

Prayers for you too, it's not easy being the parent of an addicted child.

Prayers going up for you and your son. I'm both a recovering addict and a recovering codependent. My prayers are from both parts of me

Hugs and prayers,

Amy

This is good news and you will all be in my prayers. Now, what are you going to do for yourself and your recovery? Take it seriously and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel about everything. Take care.

I'm trying to work out more and get plenty of rest. Also still attending Naronon meetings. Today I feel like I've been hit by a train. Think it all caught up to me.

Prayers to you and your son. Now you won't have to worry so much. He's taking steps in the right direction. You won't have to witness it daily. You will actually sleep much better at night. A time to Let Go and Let God.

I understand how you feel. We've all been there. It's important not to put too much on anything one way or the other and to take this opportunity to take care of you, get stronger. It's a beautiful thing that he went in. It can be a time for your growth and peace if you don't spend this break you have worrying too much. Take advantage of the peace and serenity God has given you in this.
