Well after 7 weeks of taking it easy and letting the knee heal, I am going back to work tomorrow. Should be interesting since this leg brace is driving me crazy. Also start physical therapy tomorrow after work. I have no muscle left in my quad (above the knee). It is amazing how much muscle can be lost in such a short time. Anyway I am glad to go back and start living a normal life again. Hugs, Marle

I have had two knee surgeries, right knee.. and I do thearpy to this day (on my own now) and the injury was 20 years ago. I hated that leg brace.

I know where you are in this. I will be thinking of you and hoping for your full recovery!

Hey Marle, I was just thinking about you. Figuring it had to be getting close for you to go back. Work hard at PT. If your therapist is waaay too hard on you just give him/her a good ol snap with the bands. Maybe get a little ice on hand at home for after?? I'm glad you'll be back at work, I know you've missed it.
