I thought I read in the book "a million little pieces" that it was in Georgia. So where is this rehab and what state is it in and what's the name of it???

I think it was Hazelden and it was in Minnesota.

Hazelden is in the cities... not in Minneapolis but one of the burbs... you can type in Hazelden for a search and they actually have a recovery thought and things like that new to their website each day.
