| Nutty People at work..
I posted yesterday about Step 12 "practicing these principles in all our affairs"..(Minnie you are so right..it's also step 1).. Anyway, came into work this morning and there was this email from this Director I am working with (I am a contractor) to my boss and me.. The email was out of control..shaming us, blaming us..saying that we basically threw my other teammate under the bus..(my other teammate is the nutty woman who did not talk to me for 3 months..I don't know why).. It was a complete overreaction to the situation.. So..I'm going to go about my day..and not let it get to me.. wow - there are some nutty people here at my office!

And email is so difficult for some folks to use... The writers tend to just let stuff out that would never be said in face to face conversations... plus, emails get read over and over - which emphasizes stuff to the reader - perhaps in a way the writer never intended. I am sorry you had to be the recipient of something so crazy - but pleased to see you have such a strong program in place to deal with this. Peace....

No big deal..... Your doing great You knew they were nutty before you got the e-mail, so it just confirms what you already know. How is looking for the next contract going??? There is light at the end of your tunnel. |
