Warning About Stuck Car Windows!!! - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

my driver side roll up window was messed up for awhile. i had to push on it as i was rolling it up to get it to close all the way and right in the track. well sat night i pulled in my driveway and was trying to get it up right, and it stuck bad, so i let go and started rolling it back down to start over again. all of a sudden the whole window EXPLODED into about a trillion pieces!! the glass was on my lap,on my shoulder, on the floor, the console,and the floor in the back seat area. i got about four small cuts on my arm and leg on the left side.
the sound it made sounded like a gunshot..............................so please, you would never think this, so if your window is broken like that--get it fixed immediately!!!!! i am very lucky that i didnt get glass in my eyes or cut alot worse.
now i just got to keep the rain out until it gets replaced and repaired sometime tomorrow!

Just curious what type of car was this?

that would scare the crap out of me what a startle that had to have been! glad you're mostly ok, thank goodness for that kind of glass
