I did it!

I JUST SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A HOUSE!

A real, solid, brick house that will be mine! After the past 4 years of EXABF's drunken rants of telling me with out him I'd be homeless or that no one my age could have a house "this nice"....

Still lots of things to do....inspections, making sure financing is solid (Pre approved and all, but as a codie, I am waiting for the other shoe to drop when things are going good).

But DD and I will have our own home! and it'll be cheaper than renting! Actually, itll be cheaper than her daycare lol.

Mediation is Monday, so wish me luck/prayers please! We came to a verbal agreement on custody but you know how verbal agreements are with them....

This house will only work out if child support does, which it should. it'll be enough to cover the expenses for DD that are his share, which will let me put money towards a roof for her.

I'M SO EXCITED
