| yeah he did it
well everyone.. i have news (not from my acloholic) my brother my brother recovering alcoholic... ok to make a long story short.. my brother was sentenced 3 yrs ago for intoxicated manslaughter.. he says he didn't cause the wreck..but of course denial.. he didn't do right???? anyways.. my brother recovered from all his addictions (alcohol, addiction to xanax and god knows what else).... today my brother lives freely again... today he was released from prison.. he went into jail when he hit rock bottom. he is here to show it can be done. he didn't go to a rehab center.. he detoxed in prison.. he finally lived anxiety free, no withdrawal symptoms after a year he was there. my brother is proof it can be done.. Now i have my brother here for the rest of my life.. i am glad this happened to him.. he had know where else to go but to the grave. so now i can put to use what i learned in ala-non not only for my A but for my brother too... he has told me that he was going to attend AA for the rest of his life.. he believes in his HIGHER POWER.... and he knows that he will always be an alcoholic... but he is going to take the steps not to slip... please pray for us in the coming days.. this will be a trying time for him..and for us.. as we adjust to having him back and him with taking on a whole new world.... thanks everyone.. julie
