I just really like this particular interventionist. He says things that make sense to me (as Oprah would say "Ah-ha moments"). Today I found this "Oprah After the Show" video and think its great! It says "How to stage an intervention" but its not really about that at all. Jeff really talks more about addicts and family co-dependence. He addresses the helplessness of addiction and how/why addicts self-medicate with their drug of choice. He then goes on to talk about how addicts ARE the drug of choice for codies. Just thought I'd share if anyone is interested.

I watch Intervention regularly and have always liked Jeff. I really needed to see this right now - he is so bang on when he talks about the addict as the mood altering substance for family.
