Need some prayers please - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

My Nephew and God son left today for Iraq, he is in the army and I would just like you all to take a moment to say a prayer for him,....

I'm a wreck, I love him like he was my own son,he and my daughter are the same age, I'm scared so very scared for him.

my prayers for your nephew for his safety and that of all serving in war zones, especially our dear "Yanks" and "diggers". Also for those who wait for them at home.

Prayers going up, Lynne, I can't even imagine how frightening that must be.

We have a big Air Force base just up the road from where I live, and a lot of families of servicemen and women at our meets. The base has support groups for families and relatives, and I hear the ones here are very good. I don't know what part of Cali you are in, but if there's a base nearby you might want to ask them if they have and groups you could go to.
