Hi Everyone,

The last five days have been really wierd, my ex seems to be on my mind and everytime I turn around someone is telling me something about him. I'm feeling rather depressed by it but nothing I can do.

I am sorry you seem to be having reminders...frequently. God does not give us more than we can handle. Stay strong and true to you.

Don't 'ya just hate that!!

But, there is at least one thing you can do...you can let these 'informants' know that you prefer not to hear updates about him if that's the way you feel.

And, you can always measure where you are now (hopefully it's a much better place), vs. where you were, and how you were feeling then (when you were still with him)!

Has he been bothering you? if not, Maybe it's just a Christmas thing is this your first Christmas without him? What ever it is if he wasn't worth it then he's probably not worth it now .wish you well
