I lost "Fats" in early sobriety. He had been around for over a decade, and was prolly 4 or 5 when he adopted me.

BUT, 2 or 3 months later, a new kitty found me. A young kitten just showed up on my 2nd story doorstep one night about 2:00 AM. Walked in, used the litter box, ate, and jumped on my bed & went to sleep as if she'd always lived there.
