It's just too much an answer to a prayer not to work out. Besides the house has been there for a year, they know you want it, I think you will be moving in right on schedule. Fingers and toes are crossed.

Sixty days is plenty of time to sell your home. If you haven't seen the show, "Sell This House," you might want to make a point of tuning in. It airs lots of good tips on how to attract buyers.

Hmm.....California...where the weather is a whole lot nicer than it is here and I've never been there - add in an odd twist - LOL - I LIKE to paint!!!!!

And some of those shows truly are neat! I like the one "House Hunting" the best - even though it's not about remodeling, but could give you some neat ideas anyways.

I got alot done this weekend with the help of my Nephew. He was awsome. Lock box going on today. I'm frightened
