When you are in your private messages page, on the left you should see a link for "Sent Messages." That is where you should find a copy of all messages you have sent unless you have deleted some.

For the record I have this problem too. None of my messages go to my send mailbox folder, I'm not sure if the OP has the same issue. It drives me crazy actually. I like to see what I've written to someone especially when they reply. Is there a fix for this?

Okay, you need to change your options. Click on "User CP" and select change options in the drop down menu. This will open up a page where you can change your forum options. Go the part titled Messaging and Notification. There is a box you need to check that says to send a copy of your sent messages to a Sent Folder. I don't recall having to do that, but it's been a few years since I signed up. Hope that helps!

I finally figured it out. The sent messages (even if they are PM's) can be viewed by going to your User CP and click on "Track Messages" on the left hand side. Also, down at the bottom you can even save the PM's or other messages you've sent. For this go to "Download" (I use the "txt" format) and click that and it will save your sent messages to your computer. Hope this helps! Gwaredd |
