Threads/Posting - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Is there any way that "My Posts" section can differentiate whether my post was from a thread that I started and a post that I posted in someone else's thread.

We can't do that there. It's all preprogrammed.

The closest way to check would be on your profile.

Click on the Show All Statistics link and it will have a link to threads started and posts.

Also, I never know if someone has posted to a thread unless I look at them all in "My Posts". Can I get a pop up or an email or something?

You can subscribe to threads. Click on thread tools at the top and then click subsribe to thread. I think the only choice is email notifications.
