My "Thanks" button - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

Well, I didn't want to start a thread about this, but my thanks button keeps sticking and I get this message, "you do not have permission to access this page...". Is there something we can do about this?

You can try using firefox if you aren't already.

You can try deleting your cookies and temporary internet files.

If that doesn't work you can try running ccleaner and reinstalling java.

Those are the only answers I have.

Have to figure this out, it's a new computer, so I don't know if there are any foxes in it, maybe just a couple wolves, lol.

Just thought I'd mention, I tried to thank one of Firestorm's posts two days ago, and was taken to the same message - that I was not permitted to have access to the page, etc. It'd never happened to me before. I tried again and it worked the second time. Don't know what that may mean.

well as you can see I have no problems.......but I couldnt resist trying to thank firestorm,to see if it worked.... then I didnt want to leave everyones else out.......lol

It just happened to me again, when I was thanking Doorknob for a post. Worked the second time again though...
