Chi is trying to help, and you're not making your issue very clear. You have a mate, who has signed up here and needs to talk? We have something like 50,000 members here. In the last 24hrs almost 1000 have visited, and at any given time there are 100-300 people here at once. Out of 50,000 people who are we supposed to know which single one, you want us to talk to? So why not help us, help you and your mate? What's your mates screen name, so we may find them? Have they posted an introduction or anything else yet, or at all since they signed up? Chi is doing her best to help, so why not return the favor? Please. |

So, there's this menu bar near the top of the screen, right above the box that says Notices and contains info abou the chat room and the new moderators. If you're logged in, that blue bar says things like User CP, Blogs, FAQ, etc. If you aren't logged in, it says Register. That's where your friend needs to click to start the process.
