I cannot access chat room
Hello,

If anyone can help, I've been trying to enter the chat room but it keeps redirecting me to a page that says to download Java and AddonChat. I've already done that and I've follow the FAQ's instructions with no avail.

If anyone knows what the deal is, please let me know.

Did you delete your cookies and temporary internet files?

Hi Morning Glory,

I did delete the cookies, and I've done everything that was suggested on the troubleshooting page. Is it possibly because I'm a new member?
