I uploaded a photo to my profile but it doesn't show up on my posts although it does when I go into my profile. Any suggestions?

You have to upload it as your avatar.

There is an avatar and a profile picture.

You need to upload it as an avatar.

Go into your user cp and click on the edit avatar link on the left and upload it there.
