how the heck? I posted the link in between the youtube [] [] boxes... did I do it wrong? just comes up with a white screen

Try putting [/youtube] in the last set of brackets.

See the numbers and letters after the = sign in the url of the video you want?
Just copy and paste only that part of the url in the yt tags.

But make sure it isnt embedded disabled or it still wont work.
