Embedding videos - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

How come you cant embed videos in certain forums? Like follies and substance abuse where I have tried to embed but it wont. It just shows the code. But in newcomers it will.
No big deal..Just curious

I had the HTML turned on on the newcomer's forum to keep the suicide prevention thread working until I had the chance to convert it from HTML to BB code. I forgot all about it. I just converted it and turned the HTML off again so for right now you can't embed videos. I found something that might work. Give me a couple of days to try it.

Having HTML on leaves the forums vulnerable to attack. We've had whole threads hijacked to other sites in the past with one little line of code.
