I don't do that so I'm a little rusty.

There are several ways I think.

You can go to your own profile by clicking on your name or through quick links. Then click the Show All Statistics link or the Statistics tab. There will be links there to show all your posts and all the threads you started. If you scroll down you will see your Latest Threads on the bottom of your profile page.

You can click on the My Posts link on the top blue navbar. It will take you to your posts.

You can click thread tools on the top of each thread and click subscribe to this thread and choose how you want to be notified. Your subscribed threads are listed in your usercp also. There is a link to your usercp on the top blue navbar. On the left you'll see a Subscribed Threads/List Subscriptions link.

You can click on your member name link on any of your posts and click find more posts by Unregistered and it will take you to a list of your posts.

You can glance at the list of threads in a forum. When you see a little white arrow on the envelope on the left it means you have posted in that thread.
