trouble in posting

everytime i log in and i find a section to post in i write whatever it is im going to write and then it says im not logged in?? this has happened several times???

Make sure that you clear cookies, internet files, etc and always check the remember me box. This happens sometimes, I try to remember to always copy whatever I post or if I forget you can use the back buttons and it still should be there to copy and than paste it once your are logged in. I always copy what I wrote before I hit the 'post' button. Sometimes it takes awhile for me to get everything I want to say into words, and then when I do post, I'm told I have to sign-in again.
So I sign-in again,
open new thread/post/blog,
and paste what I copied.
To copy....hightlight what you wrote.....hit the 'ctrl' button and the 'c' button.
To paste......open the window you want to paste in.....hit the 'ctrl' button and the 'v' button.
