| About Soft Deleting
I wish to delete some visitor messages but I am only allowed to "soft delete" them. I would like to delete them completely. What do I do?

Bozo, I read the permissions a little closer and it allows you to delete your own visitor messages and manage messages of others with no details on what that means. I'll keep looking for another set of permissions, but I can't find anything else right now. Tanya, You have firefox on your computer. Did you try using it? Click start Click All Programs Find Mozilla FireFox Click on Mozilla FireFox and try it. You also may have a toolbar installed that might interfere. I see FunWebProducts, which is adware and comes with MyWebSearch toolbar. You might try running this spyware program. It's the best I've found that's free. SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! CCleaner is another good program that gets rid of all the junk on your computer. CCleaner - Home You also might consider upgrading to Internet Explorer 7 Internet Explorer: Get It Now Here is the windows critical update link. http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/

I'll have to spend some time testing permissions to see if anything will solve the soft delete problem. I might not have to get to it for a couple of weeks.
