| Yes I guess it's broken, but I can put it in for you. You are now on Central Time with no daylight savings time in effect. |

| My time zone changed too and I can't access the window to change it back. I can access the automatic DST option window but don't know if it works or not and it'll be a long wait to see if it does!  |
