Uploading new Avatars. - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I would like to upload a new avatar, but am having trouble. Has something changed recently? I originally put my current avatar a while ago, and I don't remember having this much trouble.

Yes, we have a problem with uploading pictures and also avatars. I have a thread already here announcing that and I am sorry you didn't see it and got frustrated.

Our techies have been notified and we hope this problem will be resolved soon. We can only get help from our techies when they are free, unless we have a crash or serious emergency, and appreciate the help they give us when they can.

Again, sorry you got frustrated because it's not you it's just broken temporarily.

No big deal. It's actually not an issue. It's a great site reguardless. Thanks for the quick reply.

If you post the new avatar here I'll put it in for you.

You may need to upload it to imageshack first or just find a link to an image you want to use.
