It's time...

Hi Friends,

It is time I learn how to activate the smilies and be able to post pics on the bottom of posts...In the past, I would not have the patience...After failing several times, I just gave up...

How do you have a pic at the bottom of your post stay until you change it?

I didn't have luck with Image shack...

How about the smilies?

Thanks...

Starting with smilies.

In the quick reply message window (right under this window) you will see this image Click on the little arrow to open up the drop down menu. All you need to do is click on the smilie of your choice and it will add it to your post. To see more smilies click "Show all smilies" at the bottom of that drop down window. It will open up the window where all the smilies are. Just click on one and it will add it to your post. You are allowed 3 images per post.

On the advanced reply window you will see all the smilies in a box under the reply window. Just click on one and it will add it to your post. Click on Smilies [More] to open the full page of smilies. Just click on one from there to add it to your post.

Signature Image

Click on the User CP link on the top left of the page. On the left you'll see a link to edit signature. Click on that link. You will see a window like the reply window here. You can put in an image by clicking on this button. It will pop up a window so you can paste or type in the image address.

Or you can upload an image from your computer. (If it's working)

In the same window scroll down a little and click on Browse. Find the image you want to use in a file on your computer and click open.

You can also just click on one of the smilies to add it for your signature image.

When you are finished click Save Signature.

You will find more information in this thread.

You put it in your signature.

Click on the User CP link on the top left of the page. On the left you'll see a link to edit signature. Put your quote in the mesage window and save.

All you need to do is type it in. If you have it on an image you can just upload it now from your computer or put the address in.

In the edit signature area you'll see a browse button. Click on that to open files on your computer. Find your image and click on it and then click open. After that click upload. When you save your signature the image will be in your signature.

For right now you can copy the image below and put it in your signature above the quote and it will cause it to move down. The line won't move down though. I might fix it for everyone when I have time. This is just a quick temporary fix. I thought I had another one that worked in the sig, but I just can't remember it right now.

Put the image address below between the
[img] [/img]
tags right above your quote in your signature.

I was able to add something to move it down so don't add the image address.
