Ignore button

The ignore button feature seems to have been unimplemented in the recent patch. Any news on this? Thanks.

Did you have it this morning?

I don't think I've ever seen an ignore button.

We did before...it was in the left quarter panel where the other pictographs (icons) are, where the "user online" indicator & the "report post" button is. Or, was at the bottom of post's display.

Oh, I never saw that. I guess it's gone or was an add on that left with the upgrade. I haven't seen that to put it back, but I'll keep my eyes open for it.

How does it work? Does it mean I won't see posts from that person? or that i wont even see a thread that s/he is on? Or only that I won't get email or pm's?

All of the above, except you'll still see threads that person started. And they might be able to send you email, just not PM's. Moderators and Administrators cannot be ignored.

It will block PM's too, or it used to anyway. I haven't used it in a while.
