Since I quit drinking heavily I have have very little diarrhea. Only when I eat something that does not agree with me, or sometimes if I get stressed out. When I was drinking I was getting diarrhea about once a week.

Not a pleasant topic, but I am also noticing this. I assume it is something to do with alcohol irritating one's stomach, regardless it is most welcome latent effect of giving up the booze.
