Exercise is for people that can't handle drugs and alcohol.

This is a quote by Lily Tomlin. It appears at the beginning of Chapter 3 of Dean Karnazes' new book Run If you are looking for something to read to get you enthusiastic and motivated to begin exercising again, I would suggest this book, as well as Ultramarathon Man. He is a fantastic writer. It is hard to put down either of the books, and they are truly motivational.

I read 'Ultramarathon Man'. Good read. Looking forward to 'Run'.

Oh yeah, I read Ultra as well...blew my mind. Of course I had absurd notions of doing my own versions of his feats, yeah that did not last too long.
