| Member | Nutrition in Recovery
Hello, when I was new in Recovery, my nutrition was eating, and now, I am increasing with food and supplements and my daily meds, protein drink, fiber drink, and excercise, Recovery - I have been in close to 4 years. I am a addict and a alcoholic, clean and sober. |

Congrats on 4 years. That's fantastic. It's amazing the activities we can enjoy once sober. The only thing I did in a gym when drinking was sit in the sauna getting over a hangover. Now I actually work out, eat well and feel a whole lot better. |
