| Member | Unexplained weight gain..
Ok so over that last month I have noticed I have gained 10 pounds. Now my daily diet has remained the same 361.6 grams of carbohydrates, 95.5 grams of fat, and 144.7 grams of protein per day for 2893.1 calories. Now going by last months workout log I showed a 7% increase in tricep press, 10% in hip abductions, 40% in shoulder press and 10% in chest press. This by far is the greatest increase I have seen in one month. I am assuming that with the increase in weights that this is mostly muscle but I am unsure without taking an accurate BMI. I am wondering if anyone else has seen gains like this?

yes. before I was diagnosed hypothyroidic. my TSH reached 'lethal' heights before I could get any 'doctor' to do anything about it. I strongly advise you to get a 'full panel' thyroid test done. I still suffer with congestive heart failure because (partly)_ this went almost three years befire any healthcare practitioner did the right test. I'd gained 55 lbs. and at one point - was eating less than 500 calories per day trying to stop the gaining. but I didn't/couldn't keep that up very long before other symptoms started 'going off' because of the thyroid. ![]() now, two years later - I'm finally getting the weight off. ![]() but the thyroid had to be made right first. and that takes a long time. I hope you'll consider getting tested. I was miserably sick before it was found.
